The messaging should be reassuring without giving up the brand's voice and tone. The goal should be call-to-action that are inclusive, direct, and emphasize that users aren't alone and that a professional is guiding them. The new ones are concise but enhanced in their sense of support.

My recommendations include simplifying the numbers and shortening the text, helping users feel genuinely seen rather than treated as just another case. This should support a more empathetic and user-centered experience.
